Description

A new pathologist (Walter Ross) is working in the lab who is disabled. When he looks into a case of electrocution of a handicapped baby (Sturge â€“ weber disease) he is convinced that the baby was murdered by its father, Quincy's friend, Gerald Preston. Quincy is alarmed at Walter's blinkered view and decides to investigate Walters findings for himself.
