Description

A deadly new form of heroin hits the streets of Santa Monica, sending the Bike Patrol into overtime as all hell breaks loose. During the investigation, T.C. falls under the seductive spell of an undercover DEA agent who's investigating one of the drug distributors but has become an addict herself.
