Doktor Cassidy
Forfatterinden Samantha Higgins forelsker sig i cowboyen Dr. Clint Cassidy i Montana. Men da hun bliver tilbudt et job for magasinet Elite i New York, kan hun ikke afslå tilbudet. Clint opgiver sin praksis for at følge med Samantha til New York. Med hjælp fra sin mentor i Montana få Clint et job på Manhattan HMO. Clint føler dog ikke rigtigt at han passer til storby livet.
